MarqueeFinder is a directory website that helps users find and compare marquee hire companies in the United Kingdom. This policy explains how we collect and use information when you visit our site.

What we collect

When you submit a quote request form, we collect:

• Your name, email address and phone number
• Event details (date, guest count, location, marquee type)
• Any additional message you include

We do not collect personal information from visitors who browse the site without submitting a form.

How we use it

Quote request data is forwarded to the marquee hire company you selected so they can respond to your enquiry. We may also use anonymised, aggregated data to improve the site (e.g. understanding which marquee types are most popular).

Who we share it with

Your quote request details are shared only with the marquee hire company you chose to contact. We do not sell your data to third parties or use it for marketing purposes.

Data storage

Form submissions are stored securely using Supabase (hosted in the EU). Data is retained for 12 months, after which it is automatically deleted.

Cookies

MarqueeFinder does not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics that require consent. We may use essential cookies for site functionality only.

Your rights
